I could upgrade WP if I had access to the admin. Porting one forum database to the other isn't difficult, providing the original database is the phpBB2 standard.

This forum is big, so it would take bloody ages, but it's not difficult. You don't need to be a sys admin to do it.

Well, I have no interest in Facebook (I technically have an account but only because someone else created one for me without my permission, and I've never used it) so yes, I must agree.

I don't get why people really hate facebook.

It's great if you just generally don't care to use it, but it's a great way to keep in touch with friends you don't often talk to, find friends when you want them and such.
