lol yeah I thankfully resist the urge to comfort eat...but now and again is not so bad.but I do understand what it feels like to feel like everything is s**t (*lol at the thought of crude south park scenes that pop into head.*)including eating...

The minis, which are about the size of White Castle sliders, are 130 calories each. The larger ones, which are about the 4 1/2 inches across maybe, are 220 calories, the ones that are both large and have three grahams are 300 calories.

You might have trouble with them if your diabetic? Other than that I don't think they'd blow up your waistline. When a Dairy Queen Blizzard is about 800 calories, a shake from Steak & Shake is well north of that, and most 'comfort food is closer to 400 to 500 calories - you definitely have worse options out there.

If you want to know 'bad', I went to this place - Melt Bar and Grilled - last night and had what must have been a 2000 calorie dinner, on top of 1,000 calories of beer for the day:

Since I had a 4,000 calorie day yesterday and since, unlike your assumption, my metabolism actually sucks a pretty big one - I had a half of a Subway club for dinner, some beef jerkey for lunch, and I've been snacking on Moon Pie minis :lol: .

Unfortunately (in one sense perhaps) I've probably lost 20 pounds in the last few months, only have 10 or 15 to go, so trying to be the Jared of Moon Pies and talking about how I lost weight eating them can't go *too* far right now.

i'd always wondered what they are because the sounded pretty magical. i thought they'd be rounder and fluffier and whiter:(

I miss pop tarts, the chocolate ones especially. Nothing like a sugar high before being sent off to school. I think we have Little Debbie cakes around here. I miss those too.

That was mostly dedicated to Blabby but yeah, if I had a video with Moon Pie eating bullets I'd probably pick a different tune.

Actually I have been grabbing Pillsbury toaster strudels for breakfast - they're pretty good, though the icing is optional and I typically throw the packets away.
