Then I'd make copies of krex's books so that everyone could read about the Dark Tower.

If they ever think of making it into a series, they should use "Dancing Mad"'s first segment as title music...

I'm thinking, motion-captured CG animation...

I've actually got the first four books. "The Waste Lands" is my particular favourite....

One wonders if Roland will ever make it....

BTW, I'm currently listening to a recording of a live performance of Advent: One-Winged Angel....

Shelter is probbaly the first priority. That or trying to get off.

If the latter is impossible, we may as well set up, search for some things, have some fun and get to know each other before we all pop our clogs.

I would try to salavage some solar cells (called "photovoltaic" in techinical terminology) from the wrecked ship. Then I would use them to built a solar-powered still. I would use it to distill alcohol from the tropical fruits on the island. Then I would keep drinking until I pass out.

I would confiscate your alcohol and replace it with Holy Garlic Juice.

Yeah I made an alcohol still you do not need solar panels. :)

Just basic plumbing supplies.

--------------------

Being a chemist I would make products for people. I would process coconut milk so its not
a powerfull laxative. I theorize adding sea water to it boiling down some should get a good seperation of coconut oil.

I would do a water extraction of wood/plant ashes to recover potassium carbonate solution. Bioling this down and adding coconut oil I could make a soap the ladies and Werbert would kill for.

The glycerin could be recovered boil down to high concetration a good anti-microbial agent. For external use.

I would try to ferment the salty defatted coconut milk to produce alcohol. To keep the alcoholics happy. The alchol would likely lprecipate most of the salt. But it would have a
bit of a salty taste. No worry high blood pressure will be the least of your problems on the island.

Does that mean you won't be there?

And I don't use soap. I lay naked outside and let the sun burn off all the dirt and BO.
