Artrat, it seems to me that you truly have not looked at Facebook. I am not convinced that because someone has added mucho names to their Friends list they truly have a lot of 'friends'. Also if they have such a busy interesting life how do they manage to have so much time to post messages in the website. In order for someone to advance in any of those silly, but addictive, games they require the player to bring in more players. That kind of reminds me of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers".

I am sure that some people who have Facebook pages are about as alone as anyone of us. The difference is those on Facebook need to have a list of names of people who they can consider their friends.

Besides we have Wrong Planet. Do we really need anything else?

I have to say eHarmony atm because you have to $19.95/mth just to do anything apart from fill in your profile.

Lyrics sites due to all the popup ads.

The Second Life Marketplace because their product search engine sucks.

Facebook - It really sucks and causes problems especially if you are in a relationship so I eventually got to a stage that I just decided to just close the account and not bother anymore.

Twitter - All people ever do is follow follow follow and I don't like the idea of people seeing my every tweet that I put on there. My partner somehow persuaded me to use twitter again, I still don't feel comfortable with it.

Webs.com - It's the site I use for my current blog, it doesn't seem to be the best website when it comes to creating websites plus I would have to use a specific web browser to be able to add new contents to the website.

Youtube annoys me the most. Well, I do like it, but I hate the way some other people use it. I mean you can't seem to watch anything without someone writing some sort of smartarse comment about it. If someone videos their child doing something, people write stupid critical things like, ''why are you making your child do that?'' or, ''this is child abuse'' (when it clearly isn't), and also when a baby is dribbling I've seen nasty comment saything things like ''dirty little c***'' or something like that. I find it so offensive.

or pointless things what nobody would want to watch, like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mo9EjorI7lk. Who wants to listen to someone's belly rumbling???

Yet as much as I b***h about this site, I still regard it as a large part of who I am. It's annoying yet so highly addictive, partly why it's so annoying.
