aaaaw! so adorable!

its easy to not notice them because they are so common yet the pigeons are so much bigger and obvious... but they are really cute little birds

I come from a family of avid (no, make that obsessed birdwatchers) and they would look at the chickadee, smile and be a little bored. They're all about the life list. But I love watching the common ordinary birds you see everyday. Every Monday I do a job where those nondescript little brown sparrows hang around the dumpster looking for food. So I started putting birdseed out for them on the ground. When I pop out for a quick puff I like to watch them enjoy their treat. I think they're starting to recognize my car. Like the chickadee, I think their fat little bodies on their skinny little legs are so cute. :heart:
