I'm normally happy...although at this moment life is being made complicated in the pursuit of happiness, so slightly less happy on the way to happy (we hope).

If I was 100% happy and my life was going top notch I probably wouldn't be here as much. This place is kind of like a support system almost. Saying that, I wouldn't say that I'm extremely unhappy right now either. My life is slowly getting a bit better each day and the people on here are really nice and supportive of one another.

WP can be happy and humorous if you know where to look.

I'm happy. I'm joyful. I believe the wonderful Stinky Wizzleteats once sung a song about such feelings...!

Mmcool, I must say, for a young kid you sure ask a lot of questions that evokes enormous responses. I appreciate your candor and honestness - and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

To answer your question: Last week, I felt down because I'm getting older, but everyone I know and grew up with is achieving things (family, success, house, etc.) while it seems like I'm stuck on stupid. :(

I'm okay today, though.

What would members who have been here for one year or longer say is the least active month on this forum and what would be the busiest month?

I like it to discuss with other persons with other opinions.
I think that it is good that here are more intelligent discussions than on other places in the Internet.

I clicked yes because I am sure there are some happy people here, I however am not one of them.

I imagine some of us don't really know whether we're happy or not.

I am always happy. I just get stressed out off and on and then get overwhelmed. I had a breakdown yesterday and stupidly posted it on facebook causing a drama. My husband told me to delete my post so I did and it my have gotten worse if he didn't tell me to delete it. Just s**t going on through my life right now.

hmm this thread brings me the question of since when did not being happy become a crime? I mean why is it people feel the need to insist they are happy even when thats the farthest thing from the truth.

Sometimes I would say I am happy; I tend to feel good or low on mood depending largely on my stress levels, energy levels, and where my thinking is.
Too much stress and I can barely do a thing at times... too little energy, same outcome, and if I'm thinking with lots of anxiety that doesn't make things easy either.
So I like to make relaxation, breathing, mindful thinking, meditation, focusses during the day - there can be some surprisingly pleasant results. :) It makes engaging with activities possible and happy living more achievable.
