wow :o you have $$$$
and my favorite car colors are cordovan and gold/bronze.

Well... only three of them have engines and transmissions in them and only one of them will start without doing a bit of work to it. I actually need to thin the herd a bit to make my life more orderly and manageable. As of now, two of the vehicles are in the back yard and I need a weed eater to get in them. One is in the garage and two are in the driveway. The oldest car is my first car that I got in 1989 at the age of 15. I also still have my second car that I got when I was 19 and my old truck that I bought new in 1998 and now has over 350,000 miles on it. The other two are my Metros. The combined price for both was $600 and both ran when I bought them (one needed an engine rebuild though). One of the Metros is now used for parts to keep the other one running, but may see a reversal of fortune if I can get enough parts together to build the "ultimate" Geo Metro. The shell is too clean to let it go to waste. BTW, my "Special Interest" = cars, if you couldn't tell.

I don't own a car because I don't want one and don't need one.

Yup. It was a freebie because the guy who owned it was told it needed a valve job and it wasn't worth the $250 it would have cost to have it done. A junkyard would only give him $50 for it and so he gave it to me. Turns out that, no, it didn't need a valve job but it needed almost everything else. I learned a lot from it by making plenty of mistakes and jumping in where angels fear to tread. It's still fairly worthless even today, but I did mange to make it fast for a while and use it on the drag strip. With the gearing and exhaust it has, it's also louder than I can tolerate. It's so loud, in fact, that I have to wear ear plugs when driving it on the highway. My other hot rod is much quieter though and I prefer it to my first car.

Whenever I spot any animal of the feline persuasion, I like to point and exclaim, "Kitty!"

Similarly, whenever I see my cat, I always feel the need to call her name and tell her "hi". Even when I'm in the middle of a conversation with someone else.

I do this toooo. I feel bad if I don't acknowledge them... which is very very odd since I don't often greet humans. xD

I've considered going vegetarian quite a few times. I'm Pro-Life and I love animals.

Never knew there were so many of us.
