Tommy's has the best chili cheese fries ever. Samurai Sushi is awesome, and this little nameless Thai resturant just a few minutes from my house is owned by two sisters and their family, and is the first step to heaven. Its so good!

Dinosaur BBQ - best restaurant everrrrr. Amazing BBQ ribs and biker joint etc.

The original is in Syracuse, NY. There are also locations in Rochester, NYC, and Troy as far as I know. It's apparently a New York thing until they inevitably colonize the rest of the country.

Also in Seattle, Top Pot Doughnuts has something for everyone; think of it as Seattle's answer to Voodoo Doughnut. :D

Whenever I try and visit another city, I try to visit a famous restaurant; the food there, will normally be worth the $. :D

Any Central Market in Texas.

They always make good stuff in their restaraunt section.

Really love the goat cheese pizza topped with arugula, (very large) portabella mushrooms, and tomato slices.

My favorite cuisine is Thai and my favorite restaurant is a local one (Washington, DC area,) "Pad Thai." No, I am not getting my favorite dish mixed up with the restaurant name as likely someone reading this will suspect (my favorite dish is drunken noodle anyway!) As far as not so local places I can not think up any names. I have family around Philly so I have had the subs there. Yes, they really are better than the ones here.

I love sports bars; even though I have never been to one, I shall try to visit one sometime.

Mmmmm, I loooooove pad thai. My favorite, local Thai restaurant is dubbed Thai Bite.

I'd have to say though, that my absolute favorite place, which I am a sucker for, is a burger place called Fatburger. It's the closest I have had to a home-grilled burger; maybe better!

Pasta Sentral in Bergen, Norway.

Fantastic italian food!!

The owner is a really nice guy who doesn't care about huge profits, expanding, etc, but rather to care for disadvantaged people (every day before opening he travels to soup kitchens, nursing homes, drug rehabilitation centres, etc with yesterday's leftovers)

Before Christmas last year he cooked a huge dinner for kids in hospital...

It's sad to see how most people nowadays only care about making profits :(

He sounds like a genuinely good man, nawww slaraka is off thinking about fairy tales again. He looks happy in that photo, I think I heard there was a study somewhere suggesting that giving away money gave more joy to the giver than the same amount spent on oneself would give the spender.

Those ingredients look nice.

Just remembered this excellent hot wing place in Portland. If I recall it correctly, it's Fire on the Mountain. :D
