People who smoke in bus shelters:
Crowds:
Shops that have loud music blareing:
Groups of teens:
Religious nutters:
People who try and hand out leaflets in the shopping centres:
Pushy people:

-Mobile phone.
-Social networking sites.
-Needles/injections.
-Crowded areas.
-Bees & Wasps.
-Drugs.
-Alcohol.
-Strangers.
-Socialising outside of school.

Another thing I avoid is eating in the evening. I have to be done eating anything 4 hours before bedtime.
