Nope, I dont hate guns.

In response to everyone else:
I agree, guns are a tool that are scary making in the hands of idiots. And I agree, I hate Fire alarms more then I hate guns (At least decibel wise).

Damned things!

Much like those sproglings (children) many humans tote around.
I lived much of my life around firearms, use them myself and do not fear or hate them in the least. What I'm more concerned with are idiots who think it's a brilliant idea to use intoxicants or text/navigate the Internet while driving.

Interesting stat I heard while back. When we die the chances are 3 out 4 it will be a Doctor and/or Hospital mistake which kills us. Guns kill way less..meaning guns are safer than doctors. That is why I pack a nice safe pistolo and try to stay away from the nutty dangerous doctors. Half of them graduate in the lower 50% of their class in medical school ya know?

No, I don't hate guns.

I've never had a real gun. I used to have an air soft gun (that broke) and I still have my air rifle.

Well go buy yourself a proper shooting iron and get somebody to teach you how to shoot it. Never know when the Ruskies are gong to attack ya know? I do not like gun fights but I hate it worse if I get in one and dont happen to have one of my own. Thats crazy. In God's Country they give you a permit to tote it around in case somebody starts trouble. Sheriff Joe would want you to have one.

Not hate, but unpleasant feelings towards them. I feel like a lot of the shootings and stuff wouldn't happen at least as easily if those areas had stricter gun control rules.

I like guns. My husband and I own several. His interest and knowledge of them is almost Aspie-like.

Not really; while I love pistols, I love grenades more.

If only I had the golden gun IRL....

Well best get your factoids lined up on this one. Mexico has a muy grande murder rate with guns in spite of nobody is supposed to have one..Thanks Prez Obamie for giving them some extra. Same for Noo Yawk City. Ask some Mates from Down Under. The guv'ment took all their guns and crime is rampant. The criminals did not get the message to turn em in. Wash DC usually has the highest firearm murders per capita which of course it has the tighest gun control in the nation. Yall should not listen to Dan Blather and Babawa WaWa so much.

Where I live, everyone has firearms readily available and crime is not a big problem.

There was a break in at the grocery store in town a week or two ago. Whoever did it stole diapers and tobacco. If they find a two year old that smokes, they will probably have the culprit.

I was held up at gun point with a gun to my face. No, I am not a huge fan of guns.

I am not COMPLETELY opposed, but I definitely think too many people have access to them.

I've never heard of anyone in my county being robbed by someone holding a handgun up their face. Anyone who wants to steal something around here tries hard not to be noticed at all because if they are seen, they could easily be dead.

Of course not. It makes no sense to hate any inanimate object.

I like guns a lot. They are very useful tools. I've never understood why anyone would be afraid of them.

I'd advise everyone to have a few. After all, bringing a knife to a gunfight just wouldn't be very bright, would it? :)

This guy got away with it, even though he did it. I guess one has to be caught before suffering the consequences. Unfortunately for me, this guy was never caught except for on camera.

I don't like them because of what they are designed to do.

However I understand and support their use and own one.

I think most people that 'hate' them will not understand why they need one until some nut with a knife/gun/whatever and deadly intent takes interest in them or their loved ones. Police, laws, etc do not help you in those precious few minutes.. a .45 does.

Love them! I have 5 rifles, 3 shotguns, 1 black powder revolver and a 75 cal cannon.
