The UK needs:

1. bidets
2. proper sex education
3. summer
4. proper technical education
5. robots
6. more bank holidays
7. a nap in the middle of the day
8. penguins on the beach

Also needs:

9. A left wing government back in office
10. A constitutional democratic republic
11. Fair benefits for high functioning autistics and other disabled people
12. Reduced spending on Defence
13. A independent space program (reinstate the 'blue streak' launcher at Woomera, Australia)
14. Free university education
15. Abolishment of the grammar and etonian public education system.
16. An embrace of European style multilateralist intervention on foreign policy.
17. Generous funding for small start up businesses.
18. 40% tax for the wealthiest 1%
19. Harsher penalties enforced for MP's abusing expenses system.

If they got all these things, I would oppose a United Ireland for good.

A friend from Japan said they have vacume cleaners that are quiet, that would be awesome because I can't stand the sound of them.I want to pitch them thru a window.Probably why I don't own one. They have beautiful gardens also,so peaceful and serene. She gave me some snow pea seeds from there and they are the BEST I've ever grown.

I would love one of those vacuum cleaners. I always sweep my apartment (I have hard floors) because I can't stand the sound of vacuum cleaners.

I think the reason why Japanese gardens are so beautiful is because they see cultivating a garden as being like cultivating your inner self.

@thomas81

We did have free university, we do have a 40% income tax on earnings over £60k (think that's the limit), and as I understand it, the government had a recent drive on small start-ups (local councils allocate funds).

Canada has a much better selection of over the counter pain killers than the US.

I actually live somewhere where we do have penguins on the beach and seals and dolphins close to shore and in our harbour too. :P

Where i live we need:
1. To abolish the stupid rule that you need 75 hours of supervised driving instruction to get your licence.
2. More snow
3. Less mangroves
4. Less emo's
5. Less road works
6. Cheeper airfairs
7. Free education at universities
8. A government payment for single parents to suppliment them to work part time when their children turn 8 instead of forcing them to work full time and therefore turning out latchkey kids. (no after school care here for over 12yr olds)
9. Less sporting events in the CBD so traffic doesn't get stuffed up *shakes fist at international test match cricket on today*
