Interesting that you mention this. I've been watching the remake of the battle star galactica series and the tulpa as well as other Buddhist beliefs are central themes of the entire series.

Get yourself an imaginary friend, either by creating one or by using your favorite fictional characters.

It's fun and from personal experience, it doesn't lead to schizophrenia.

I'm not sure if this would count, but I practice something I refer to as brain partitioning. Basically, I split pieces of my personality into different groups, some shared. I mostly use it as an acting tool; I can get into character without worrying about my personal features coming into play. But it does help me to evaluate things with multiple viewpoints even when I'm alone.
The basis lies in the fact that we behave differently in different settings. This is especially true for aspies. The public behaviors vs private behaviors.

Summon a demon. Try one of the more playful ones like Vassago, Ipos, or Morax if you want a teenage personality. Be careful. Although these specific demons are not violent like most are, they love pranks.

Satan and Lucifer aren't the only demons. They're just the most powerful, and I don't think they can be summoned.

These days? Beelzebub has been around for centuries. Does Beelzebub not sound like a kuh-RAZY name to you?

Don't do it. Summoning demons never ends well. Ever hear of Faustus?

I used to have a voice inside my head, until it was drowned out by the sound and sight of everything that i found annoying, which is pretty much nearly everything. I think a good technique is to be annoyed at things but at the same time avoid those things. You start to talk to yourself, saying to yourself how much you find such and such annoying until it eventually becomes an imaginary friend, which is kind of like a voice in your head.

Segment/partition your mind add an imaginary friend watch that you don't give him/her too much feed back in you decisions.

I know a person who has multiple personality disorder. She hears voices in her head that tell her to hurt and kill herself. Psychosis is nothing one would wish for, and the worst part about voices in your head is that you can never escape from them when you want a bit of quiet. They become annoying at best, and deadly at worst. So I suggest not trying anything of the sort and talking to actual people instead.

By the way, "Mentlegen"? Do you play TF2? :)

This might not make much sense but you could try listening to the various aspects of yourself...lol cannot say I have ever been able to create a specific voice but I do have conflicting thoughts at time. Like i might be thinking about something and it will seem as though I am debating/arguing with another being that has their own different thoughts and opinions on the matter. I didn't intentionally do that it kind of just happened but if I focus on it more then it's more apparent....also not sure how to decrease its level of disagreeableness you probably wouldn't want that as it can be annoying.

Other then that yeah you'd have to summon a demon or whatever the thing the other poster mentioned about essentially creating some sort of spirit being....which to some that sounds crazy and impossible but in theory provided those things are possible it would certainly work.

I mentioned something that I wasn't supposed to say because I was providing a detailed plan for the OP o try and get a voice.

I'm not going to do that again. I'll say that I had a drug in mind that could work and possibly cause permanent psychosis (possibly but not likely). I won't say what the drug is or provide any other details. I had just been planning to do it myself at one point but never obtained the means.

I hope this post is okay. I'm not saying how to do it I'm just saying that it might be doable with the right drug.

I've done that and it never gave me a psychotic disorder. It did become an actual voice briefly but then it went back to normal after saying nine words. Maybe intense cognitive dissonance and arguments with yourself could do something but I'm not sure how close it could get to psychosis. For me it would never get to full blown psychosis. Even in the most stressful moment of my life I only had a brief isolated hallucination.

Healthy people can hear voices in the form of hypnagogic hallucinations though. Most people experience them at least once. For me, as I drift off to sleep, my thoughts start to take a life of their own. I hear them in my head like a tape recorder playing on it's own. Then they seem to go to something completely urelated sometimes. A man and a woman having a typical conversation that parents would have one night had nothing to do with what I was originally thinking.

Hypnagogic hallucinations are different from psychosis and you might just get some. Maybe you will hear a voice or voices even if you don't go into a state of psychosis. It can still happen to anyone in between sleep and wakefulness.

There are ways to hear voices without going crazy. If you just want to hear voices than your in luck. If you want full blown psychosis like I seem to then you're probably out of luck. It's not likely to happen. You can still hear voices without psychosis.
