Serious questions abound in regards to their neurotypicality if they actually believe this garbage and want to drink others' blood (one's own, maybe, but others'?). Even with BBP tests, HIV can be missed, as can other diseases.

Kuru, a disease one gets only by the consumption of humans. Similar to mad cow disease, it attacks the nervous system.

AIDS, this has got to be worse than sex for catching this.

Kuru cannot be contracted through blood play... it is a prion disease, and takes several generations of ingestion of the dead to cause the mutation of the proteins into a prion... just like in mad cow disease. The reason that it was a problem is that the people of the area (southern region of new guinea) practiced endocannibalistic burial rituals to reclaim the spirits of the dead. Pretty much what we did to cows, feeding them their dead for generations and caused mad cow disease (another Prion issue)...

You missed the point of the fact that most of these people actual SCREEN before exchanging fluids... which rules out 99% of blood born pathogens...

Animal blood consumers rarely engage in such screening and open themselves up to a world of parasites and illnesses that are not common to humans...

In the case of AIDS, the transmission of aids through oral vector is extremely rare and only occures when leasions or ulcers are present in the mouth.

My point is... as with sex, if precautions are taken, it is no worse than sex... choosing partners carefully, testing for months before engaging and not doing it with open wounds...

I believe in informational truth... and to state that AIDS is easily passed orally or that they are at risk for Kuru is not grounded on this precept.
