^^^^I'm not skinny,pleasantly plump. :lol: I don't eat them that often,it's hard to cook for one person.I cook good stuff when my son visits,he's 24 and about 6ft,there will be nothing left to tempt me.I eat mostly veggies and fruit when it's just me.

what do you think of "pig in a blanket"? my late mother used to make that for me, it was food of the gods :bounce:

you might try to make some for yourself and yours, I would experiment with added cheddar, mother did that once. it was yummy.

^^^^^I am going to try that.My son loves sauerkraut,there is a brand called Bubbies in a glass jar,he eats it right out of the jar.
That make me think of a childhood rhyme," Where was Moses when the lights went out?Down in the cellar eating sauerkraut." :lol:

Tofu pigs in a blanket are equally good - but they don't keep well. Only make as many as can be eaten that night.

Carrot slices, or baby carrots, cooked until very soft, in a bit of oil or butter. With rosemary or salt and a fair amount of black pepper added.
