I think I misunderstood slightly when I made my last post but I get what you mean now LG. What's really infuriating thou is when people blame the victim so they have an excuse to avoid blaming the perpetrators/bullies/wrongdoers like when a 15 year-old girl gets taken advantage of by her teacher & the judge says she was capable of telling him No
