Anyway, I think it's a good point...sacred chants are always my favorite...

I have always loved Gregorian chants. I use them when I need to purify the environment around me, (like when I've been depressed), or just for the sheer beauty of it.

I love those kinds of places and also love the rocks that they are made of. Castles are awesome too.

I recently read a book on hauntings by a guy named Greg Jenkins, that there is a theory that castles and such in the UK are often built of rock containing a variety of crystals, which can absorb intense emotions, leading to the proliferation of hauntings found in these places. I wish I could visit them...

Hey that's interesting...I'd like to visit those places...I'm especially interested in the graves of poets...like William Wordsworth...

I still haven't been to highgate cemetery... I have some very odd photos my ex took in a graveyard that I have not been able to explain, and neither could he, given he is scientific and the more logical of the two of us, lol.

Yes I love those kinds of places. Avebury is a favourite. I also have an obsession with gothic churches and cathedrals, whether ruined or perfectly preserved.

Beautiful photos! Yes, I love those kind of places too, I experience a sense of peace and stillness there which is difficult to describe. I like ruins or old cathedrals, castles too (there are many in Wales in differing states of preservation)
I also love the stained glass in old churches/cathedrals.

Here are a couple I took on a visit to Basingwerke Abbey. It is not as 'intact' as Netley Abbey but it has a great atmosphere.
