I once saw Homer Simpson get a hair transplant from Snake the criminal after he was executed in a Treehouse of Horror episode, and the hair took over his brain and turned him into a murderous dude who tried to rob and kill his own family. He then pulled all the hair off (eww), and then it tried to kill Homer.

I heard that people can develop personality traits of the donor of an organ transplant, but I don't think hair would do that.

I like having hair for the feel of it & because it helps keep my head warm in the winter & protects it from getting sun-burnt in the summer. I do wear hats/caps for that too but less hair makes them itch.

This is just conjuring up all sorts of odd mental pictures.

it's fairly common, it's for men who are going bald so they can be less bald.
