Paradise would be a place like the Rainbow Bridge, where I would be reunited with all of my pets, especially my Lynx point Siamese Samantha, who shared my life for 20 years.

Paradise.....

Good friends, good food, good wine and plenty of conversation to go around.

London with Routemasters on every street.

Pardon my ignorance, but what's Routemasters?

ok its the bus, cool

Not just a bus, but rather a bus with a conductor on...there is, or was, only 1 left in London the last I heard. My mother told me over last weekend that she was once sat on this last routemaster, not understanding why there were so many people outside taking photos of it until someone told her it was the last one.

Yeah i think I was on one as a kid in London. I'm sure there's a few also knocking about in Museums for films etc. Cliff Richard took one on holiday didnt he? Always like the idea of living/travelling in one. Its a London Icon!

And even the lion will eat straw just like the bull. 8 And the sucking child will certainly play upon the hole of the cobra; and upon the light aperture of a poisonous snake will a weaned child actually put his own hand. 9 They will not do any harm or cause any ruin in all my holy mountain; because the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as the waters are covering the very sea.

I'd love to play with leopards and lions...I adore big cats, but sadly I can't play with them or live with them...

My paradise...would be an entire dream planet to myself! greedy, ain't I?
It would be a huge planet, not like something that Little Prince had, filled with resources, minerals, precious stones and rich and beautiful nature....however the main residents will be....the cats! the feline! any kind of felines that ever existed!! !! !
I would have rose gardens and catnip gardens and spend eternity playing with cats and praising God...
There would be water fountains and waterfalls and rivers and ponds and hotsprings and lots and lots of trees and birds...
I will be free to dance and create...
I would have a huge library filled with all sorts of books...beautiful architecture and water fountains...etc...

A neverending Gothic library containing every book ever written. With strategically placed Taco Bells for nourishment and old style Roman baths for rest.

Sunnycat,

You described an idea very similar to mine. I love all animals, but I have a special thing for cats of all kinds.
