What? No one gives out free potatoes at Wrong Planet? In that case, I will never post again.

Tell the honest truth I think the same people post all the time it's that their are less and less people on wrongplanet.

The first does not bother me at all like a family of users the second it's kind of upsetting

Perhaps no one should ever respond to any posts, then we could all have some peace and quiet and Alex would eventually close the site down.

some people have lots to say about everything. they are people who need to say what they know.
they always reply to threads if they have noone else to talk to.
but what they know is generally valued at one dime per dozen by me so i care only seldomly to read people's posts.

I think I've worked it out - the OP thinks it's a bad thing. Hence his use of the word "dominate" as if we were stopping other members posting or something. Looking at his recent threads, I guess he's annoyed that he can't find anybody to agree with his unusual opinions, and that his threads get locked, so I suppose he must have expressed his chagrin by telling us that we're dominating, perhaps in the hope of upsetting us. Poor chap, he never seems to get what he wants from us. But perhaps I'm wrong and he sees dominating as good, and he's just expressing his admiration for us.

A lot of the people responding aren't the aggressive types though. I don't know if any have "dominated" threads but I could be wrong.

Well, I agree with the OP (as I said earlier) whether he/she meant it's a good, bad or neutral thing. I think there are a small number of posters whose posts I keep seeing everywhere. They must be online versions of talkative people.

IRL there are good talkative people and bad talkative people. I love having good talkative people around because I don't need to say much, it's fun and they are usually good listeners, too. I hate having bad talkative people around because they spew gossip, garbage and venom and they are often bad listeners.

So maybe there can be good online talkative people and bad ones, too.

The OP hasn't responded to all of your responses, and hasn't reappeared on this thread since starting it.

I only answer to a thread when I can formulate a constructive answer.
