I would go out and buy my mom a whole batch of eggs if she were hungry and wanted to eat eggs. That's what she would have done for me. I think food should be shared with family generously and is not something that people should be selfish about.

For God's sake, Dude! If your mother is hungry and wants an egg and you have one, give it to her! The only thing to be angry about in this situation is your selfishness.
And don't even start about, "well, I sad no." You should never in any situation answer no to this question (unless the egg is poisonous.)
