Not for a cartoon or game character, but yes for tv and movie characters.
Etienne Navarre from Ladyhawke was an early one
And Roy Batty from Bladerunner
And Christopher Lee of all the Hammer Horror Dracula films.
And Leonard Nimoy as Spock.

I think Fran from Final Fantasy XII is awesome. Yeah, she's a rabbit girl, but she has the absolute best voice ever. I don't even know how to describe it, but I love it. XP

Mute from Contact. She seems so understanding and kind at the end of the game. Were she real, I think she'd be a genuinely good person.

I guess Ringo from Air Gear too. Dunno why, she's just cool.
