I like being my current age. However, I would like to reach certain goals and play catch up. A test showed me to be at the level of a 29 year old. I'm sure that's based mainly on my level of educational achievement.

25 is a great age!

I've completely re-evaluated my life in the last year and the best is yet to come!

:)

I am 24 and I like being this age though I feel like I am about 17 or 18 years old mentally.

I don't really get on well with anyone :( But I do feel more comfortable around people who are either older than me or younger than me.

I feel younger than I am as well. I'm nearly 19 but I still feel like a kid sometimes Not necessarily in an immature way as such, but wanting to be looked after and not having any responsibility. Which I guess is immature actually

I'm 21, I hate it cos I'm at Uni and people two or three years younger than me seem more capable than me. I feel about 9 in my mind, which is a crap mental age to be. I want to be 45 mentally. Actually that'd probably put me in a mid-life crisis.. maybe 35. Then I'd have a while before I have to buy an imaginary motorcycle.

I'm 21 and I don't like it because people only want to talk to me about movies, and I usually haven't seen them but they assume I have. At least people in their 30s or 40s usually ASK me if I've seen them before they start talking about them...

Also quite a few of my friends are into drugs and drinking at this age. I want to be either a kid again or be older so that my peers are more mature.

It's alright being 15. I hated being a small child, and I wanted to develop. But if I could stay one age, it would be 19.

I'm not sure I understand the question. I like being my age, but I'm not happy with where I am at the moment. When I was younger I had better years, but also had much worse years. If I could go back in time sometimes I think I would like to, to live out happier years again, but to just simply be another age in this year doesn't seem worth much.

I dislike the idea of growing older as I know that the older I get the more unacceptable my childishness and dependence becomes.

The leap from teenager to young adult (I'm seperating the two purely because at nineteen obviously I am a teenager and at twenty I will no longer be a teenager) seems quite a large one though. I'm not one for change so whilst all ages were still teen-ages from the age of thirteen, this seems a little too alien at the moment.

Once I turn twenty (this month, actually) and realise I don't feel any different I'm sure I won't even be affected.

I'm in my late 30's and each year I notice a little more progress towards something resembling wisdom and grace.Any day those qualities trump struggle is a good day by me.
