I love my fedoras! I have about 5, 2 I wear all the time.

I also have an Aussie-style cap for when I'm at the beach or somesuch. (With a bird's wing stuck on the side, an oriental headband tied around it, and bones around the band...

Loved it when I was a practising Muslim because I used to wear the hijab, lovely way to hide in long black robes and only your face showing especially with the sunglasses too :D

Yeah, I like serving at church, partly because when I wear the robes I feel like I stand out less, I'm just one of the servers.

I'm a Red Mage, so I wear a hat all the time.

That's a lie actually. I can't wear hats.

Can't stand to wear hats (of any style or variety) because of how confining & stifling it feels on my hair & my scalp/skin. Never been able to tolerate helmets, so can't do anything which requires me to wear one. Would rather have my soft stretchy well-worn blanket over my head than any proper hat. Sorta' like how it feels having hair up in a towel when it's wet, though.

No gentleman is fully dressed until he has his derby on.

Which must explain all those "indecent exposure" charges on my record. ;)

I love hats with a brim to hide under and keep the sun off me.

re French berets - I used to have an entire wardrobe of them - the handiest hat ever. I had one rolled up in my bag at all times - we have iffy weather here.

Baseball cap, or my nice leather hat for special occasions.

I tend to wear lots of different hats. Always have.
They keep the sun out.
