What's the plural of computer mouse?

In Mandarin there's no plural.

Interesting question.

If I were in a computer store, and were pointing to something on a shelf that happened to be next to a tall stack of the things on display I would probably say "right next to those computer mouses". I doubt it would occur to me to call them "computer mice" even though "mice" would be at least as logical, if not more so.

And if you did call them "mice" in that instance the store associate you were addressing would probably freak and say "MICE!?, our store doesnt have vermin! Where do you see mice?".

So in theory "mice". But in the actual real world I would probably say "mouses".

Either one is considered correct.

Though I prefer to use "mouses."
