Every day is cosplay day.

I do it very subtly though.

But I have asked my manager at work can we have a "Pirate Friday", she agreed.

I did mention about a cowboy and indian dress up day as well.

I like wearing a suit of armor around town. It's rainy where I live, so sometimes it gets rusted and I have to ask people passing by for an oil can. Actually come to think of it, that has not ever really happened. I have just worn costumes for Halloween.

I love cosplay, but I'm not able to do it very often (my mom doesn't want to buy the costumes, and she doesn't have time to help me sew something). So far I've cosplayed as Jack Frost from Rise of the Gaurdians and Misa Amane from Death Note. I am going to cosplay as Toy Freddy from FNAF for an event later this month, and hopefully I will be able to cosplay as Ticci Toby for Halloween.

Sometimes I think I must be the only autistic on earth who is not remotely interested in cosplay, conventions (comic con and its ilk) comic books, video games, RPGs, or even anime past a vague appreciation of the art form.
It bemuses me why so many autistics are into this stuff.

I've been Harry Potter, Link/Robin Hood [my costume was...underwhelming], Fai Fluorite from Tsubasa, Haku from Spirited Away, the Doctor from Doctor Who, and a few others.

I was once told I looked kind of like L from Death Note. I could probably cosplay him, even though I'm not really a fan. =p I'm thinking the next time I go to a convention I might cosplay Wind Waker Link in his PJs, or Breath of the Wind Link. I have really thick messy hair which I think would work well for it, even though it's darker than Link's.

Oh, yes. I've done various cosplays over the course of the last ten years.

I'm going to try to be ticci toby this Halloween and i love cosplay.

Not really, though I have always enjoyed dressing up for Halloween. I mean I think it could be kind of fun, but just never really have. I guess I've dressed up for the renaissance festival but nothing very specific and wasn't acting in character or anything.

I was thinking though if me and my boyfriend are able to go to that this year, we should dress up in Starfleet uniforms so we can pretend its an episode of star trek where they have found some strange medieval planet.

But yeah aside from the renaissance festival and Halloween just not sure what I'd dress up for. I have thought it would be kind of fun to try and create a cosplay costume of a character from League of Legends, not sure which character mostly likely one of the female ones though...of course I would imagine there are no real rules against males dressing as female characters or females dressing up as male characters.
