When I read reviews, I can get easily confuse with positive & negative reviews. I need to buy 2 more, another one for my bedroom & a small one for my bathroom.

Ah, I detect a fan of fans. If something goes round and it shines that's a good start for me, but I do groove on the whole fan thing. And grilles.

if I were in charge of making fans, they'd be made much better, with micrometer tolerances and very little gap between the blades and the aerodynamically designed housing, which would lessen the RPMs necessary to move a given amount of air by increasing system efficiency. lower RPMs=lower noise.

The noise is part of the appeal for me, - doppler effect sort of thing, and I like ones with rubber blades as well.

Yes, in that the only rubber bladed fan I've ever had was a small thing and without a guard. The functional difference was that you could stick your fingers in it.

I'd like a black rubber fan.

It does have a handle. I need a one in the kitchen, my kitchen can get hot.

I got the fan, it's big, it's a perfect size for the living room, it's an energy-efficient fan. My cat love the box.
