I know very little about HP, but is this book considered canon? I mean, JK Rowling didn't write it.

I didn't read it but I might try if i get my hands on a cheap/free copy. I used to be Harry Potter fan and I have all the 7 books but I wonder about this one - it's a play so it might be hard to read.
