Lol, had to go back and look, but true true :)

I think I'd take an expensive camera back to the last ice age, and set it to take a photo every year at the same, and make a days-long video out of it. Neato :)

Edit---At 30 posts, I'm now a tufted titmouse. How can you not laugh at a name like that?

May 6, 1954, when Roger Bannister broke the four-minute mile, and alerted the world to human possiblities.

um, Jurassic, Triassic, and Ice age are all too far back in time, I only need to go back far enough to change my life just a little to have me a lot of money by now (of course use some of said money to go see my truly lovely sweetheart and nothing else :D      )

Hell, let's design a time machine!! ! :D

I voted Triassic. I voted too soon. In the Triassic I'd die from the 16% oxygen content. Jurassic had too many dangerous carnivores around. Ice age is better. I like the cold. And Neanderthals lived in the cold forested areas during that time. There's even an idea that Aspies are the result of concentrated Neanderthal genes. If possible I would want to go forward to see advances in technology, or the evolution of the universe.

I have a daydream where I go back in time about 10-20 thousand years and just live off the land. Kind of like "Clan of the Cave Bear", but without the awful Hollywood plots ;P I'd miss books and music, but I just love the idea of the land and sea providing all my needs and no other people around. No society to make silly rules and governments controlling all the land.

What?! Only to the Triassic? I would want to go back to the Silurian age and do some fishing.

Early 1850's.

Technology had yet to over complicate things.

Me too, if I am looking for a better fit perhaps going forward would do, in the past I only would find more ignorance.

Althought it would be very interesting to pay a visit to the past to see how things described in history books really were and how accurate it is, I would be just an observer, people would think that I am an UFO. Who knows? maybe UFOs are actually time travelers.
