I do not ever carry a wallet with me in public but my wallet at home contains:

Discover card

Lowes Card

expired state ID card (expired 10 years ago :) )

SS card

A hand written copy of my eye glass prescription so I can order it online.

Until I read Likedcalico's post, was going to say too much:-

driving licence; Boots store card (I'm £4.59 in credit); library card (the most important of them all) Car breakdown cover card; switch card; stamps - 4 x 1st class; tetanus record; Havaati cheese packaging label Questo (it's my son's favourite cheese and I can never remember its name); English Heritage card; free eye test voucher (to be used when I reach 50); NAS "This person has Asperger's (for police officers etc., a plea in my defence) card, and the biggie "Autism Alert" set - sometimes people really don't get my sense of humour; a note telling me how much is left in my current bank account - will go overdrawn tomorrow (have £42.20 in cash but it is my wife's birthday and I'm treating her and the kids to a meal out at the local Indian restaurant (the note about money is because I don't receive any more money until next Friday so next week will be living on bread and cheese).

Dust.

The euro is the most thoughtless currency every created. How the hell can anyone tell the difference in the change. It'sall most the same material and size. Whoever made it was having a laugh.
