Are you both religious?

I don't know, truthfully.

:D I'm hoping you lean towards no. But then saying that makes me no better than the mormons who urged me to convert.

I lean towards what's rational, but there are a number of flaws with the theory of Evolution that prohibit me from fully embracing it - likewise with the Bible. Though regardless of any possible belief I may have in God, I would not consider myself religious in anyway.

you considering drinking alcohol on that liquid diet?

(and I don't even think Jesus was an historical figure, was he? didn't they get Jesus and the messiah god Tammuz (Thomas) of Jerusalam all mixed up in the mythology?)

You look far from fat in your photographs.

I don't get told to 'eat something'.
I do get told to 'eat something proper'

I eat a lot of junk, really, and I have remained at that scale of right between fat and thin.
Recently I have tried the 1 vegetable per meal, then if you can eat 1, you can eat 2, surely? I have to say it's working. Broccoli ain't so bad after all. It's just a bit dull.

Constant drinking without eating properly will damage your health. I don't know quite how bad your drinking problem is but I like a drink but I always try to make sure I eat the right things too. And I do a bit of exercise every day. Not only that but it gives you something to do every day before you open that first can or start supping that first pint.

im trying to loose weight an i have not eaten anything today. exept drink

Wasn't it you that posted pics of your muscles the other day? Or your progress? It seems like you are becoming obsessed if you are not eating. It easy to do.
My therapist chose to label me Exercise Bulimic, which I do not believe to be entirely true. I worked out like crazy and restricted my diet, but never made myself sick. But bulimia is just getting rid of calories and ppl do it lots of ways. So maybe I was? But I got better, I didn't know or want to come to the realization that I was doing that to myself.
What your talking about, the restriction, is more related to anorexia.
It is not intelligent to not eat for a month.
And fasting for cleansing and spiritual reasons is another deal all in itself. I guess that is what you were talking about Jesus drinking only water.
People fast to rid their body of toxins, not to lose weight. I try to fast 4 times a year, but there are methods of getting on and getting off of the fast to be safe.

Oh ya and EAT SOMETHING.
