Not very often, though it may not be a bad idea...it probably would be good to try and eat breakfast before work, but its always hard for me to eat in the morning.
I never ate breakfast before school or work because I got up too late & I'm also a very picky eater who cant cook so & my mom would usually cook something I like 1ce a day or pull something out the freezer that I like. I would eat one big meal a day besides a few snacks unless I ate out while I was at work or bought food. I started eating 3x a day when I moved in with my girlfriend because I started taking supplements & more meds.

IDK for me its like my stomach isn't awake yet or something, because I just don't feel like eating...doesn't help that brushing my teeth seems to induce nausea, I've even thrown up slightly from gag reflexes when brushing my teeth, really not sure why that always happens...but yeah that certainly doesn't help with trying to convince myself to eat something in the morning.
I don't feel hungry when I 1st wake up either. I could go to bed hungry & I won't feel hungry when I wake up. When I wake up I brush my teeth, take some meds & then eat an hour after that cuz I rather not take too many meds & supplements at the same time so I'm up an hour & a half before I eat breakfast. If we're eating out like when we're going shopping or something I'm up longer than that before I eat.

I did when I was younger, but I haven't eaten any in about five years.
