White chocolate isn't really chocolate - it's like super-concentrated buttercream cake frosting. But oh my, melt a bit of it in your morning coffee; oh joy oh bliss oh sweet delight :-)

True chocolate must contain cocoa aka theobroma (food-of-the-gods).

Nerdy Aspie unsolicited helpful response: The theobroma alkaloids in chocolate are chemically related to caffeine and theophylline - and theophylline is an Rx for asthma. So, if you're out of your Rx, wash down some dark chocolate with strong coffee - seriously. It'll help til you get to the drugstore. [/nerdy Aspie unsolicited helpful response]

Dark chocolate, specifically the crunchy kind that doesn’t melt easily...you bite it and it breaks off!

Dark chocolate since I'm lactose intolerant. White chocolate usually contains milk.

Wow, I thought I was being nerdy just knowing the word theobroma :P

I like all chocolate, even the time I had chocolate with chili pepper.

Yes, I agree, dark chocolate is superior. Both taste and health wise. 8)

As a musical term for sure, "the '80s" imply the late '70s and early '90s. You can think of them as tapers of this golden decade.

I'm mostly into milk and white chocolates, especially if they are Kit-Kats, dairy milk or milky-bar :)

Milk, can't stand white chocolate. Dark is ok if it is flavoured with orange.

There is also Pink (or "Ruby") now, i haven't tested it yet.

Milk and white. I can eat dark chocolate out of politeness if someone offers me a piece or if I want chocolate really bad yet only have dark chocolate for some reason, but usually I avoid it.

I prefer milk chocolate. I can't eat the other two on its own; I find they go better with things. I like dark chocolate with mint, and white chocolate and raspberry ice cream bars.

I like dark chocolate of many variations better than most. The darker and/or bitter, the better. Heck, I'd even like alcoholic chocolates. Just no fruit flavors added or anything cool/spicy. Except, perhaps, orange flavor...
And what's ironic is that barely stand actual alcoholic beverages and flavors. Maybe I just like it's bitterness and warm like spicy sensation if it's blended with chocolate.

I wonder.. Certain types of unsweetened creamy milk sort of improves my executive functioning. Why is that?? Except I wouldn't drink them on daily basis. I don't like milk flavors.
