Old ales can be really nice - as can real stouts and a good dark mild. It's a pity because you don't really see too much of them outside the standard bitters and Guinness here.

oh i drink lagers, lowenbrau is my favorite, along with killians irish red and stuff like that. thats really all the corner store carrys near mah house :wink:
