Persepolis is a film/HQ following a iranian teenager girl during the Islamic Revolution. In the picture are some religious woman who were responsible for patrolling people, condemning counter-revolutionary behavior – ie. ocidental references.

Here is the same scene in the HQ version, is a bit different but give you the context.

What I think funny about it is that the phrase is write wrong, "punk is not ded" instead of dead. Also, later in the book she realize how as everything was prohibited, very trivial things became small acts of rebellions – which distracted people from analyzing the bigger scenario.

My avatar is the character Resasuke from the Netflix anime called Aggretsuko. It's my favorite character from my new favorite show. And also he has autism. So I thought it would be great to a pic of him as my avatar here. And I love him.

Mine is a special interest, a doctor who lived in a nearby city approximately a hundred years ago (a hundred and one years and twenty-five days, exactly). I thought about using the iconic Confederate Battle Flag, but I didn't want to get into trouble with the moderators.
