No, it's a rather unusual name, and it comes rather late in the alphabet, so it's not too likely.

In 1992 my namesake "Hurricane Andrew" achieved category five status, and tore up the Bahamas, and then tore up Dade County Florida, including devastating the Miami area, continued into the Gulf of Mexico, turned right, and hit Louisiana at Morgan City. All told it killed sixty five people and did 27 billion dollars worth of damage according to Wiki.

I was in fifth grade when that happened and got teased relentlessly that week (we share a name). It was my first real experience at hating social interaction.

I don't recall ever hearing of one, but a different spelling of my name is on the 2019 list for Atlantic storms, if we get to it.

No,maybe for the best. It’s a cheerleader sounding name so none would take the storm seriously.

Well, if the storm happens to be in Florida, that could be due to them being a "Florida man".

I highly doubt it. My name was never on the name trinkets and jewelry so I suspect it'd be awhile before I'd get a storm

No not yet, and I'd hate my name to be the next storm, because knowing my luck it'd probably be the worst and most destructive storm on record, making it be brought up on TV and in all the papers, and then people will start making jokes to me about it. I've always been embarrassed whenever I've seen my name publicly, maybe because I don't like my own name.
