Well an independent building housing eg: 12 apts in one bldg.

And regards group installation,i was referring to meters/smart meters eg: 12 apts in one bldg would mean 12 smart meters and usually housed in 1 meter room.

autistic hypersensitivity to electrical emissions

I think you will find that the most practical solution is to move.

It is like living next to a prison. Can you really trust that nobody will escape and try to harm you?

Of course the best solution is to move!

And now let's explain that the landlord, who holds a year's lease.
I visited a Home last week, that would take care of me at a fee 3 times my present rent.
I have an ad out looking for a roommate to move in with.
Wherever I go, I'm bringing my cat.

My social worker wants me to take it to the Rental Board, but I can't bring proof.
Also that takes 6 months and I'm too sick already.

So I gotta try to protect my apartment, to shield it from the electromagnetic installation.

Help me try to explain it to a psychiatrist, who could break the lease, I think.
That's the only high authority that would understand.
