I have a pair of Russian binoculars. Very heavy duty and somehow colours look better than other binoculars that I've tried.

Quite a few little things. An unloved wardrobe dating back to the 1500's. The sideboard has now been used for firewood as we had no where dry to keep it and no one wanted it. The aardrobe now needs its door repaired as it too had no where good to keep it and my brother stepped on it and the door collapsed. No one wants it as it is a childs wardrobe. I am not sure if the bottom draw survives as my youngest brother may have already used it.
I have an old 1840's to 1850's railway map of England & Wales.
A Hornby Dublo 3 rail collection.
Lots of things. Our house was here way before the 1600's.

These days appliances are designed break down before they can even really be considered "old". :x

What will I do if one of my major appliances, like my washing machine or the dryer, breaks down? I obviously don't have enough money to replace them, and my parents don't have as much money now that they're retired, and one day they won't be around anymore to help, anyway.

The desktop computer that I currently use is 9 or 10 years old. I decked out when I got it but need to upgrade the processor 1ce I have a little more money coming in & then try & save up for a new comp. I also own a Sega Genesis, Nintendo 64, & Play Station 2, & the radio I'm using downstairs next to the game systems & TV is about 17 years-old. The cassette & CD player broke on the radio so only the radio part still works.

I'm still using a Zanussi freezer I bought in 1984. The company had an excellent reputation for quality at the time, though with subsequent company take-overs that has wained.
