HASS teaches us what to do with STEM.
HASS may teach us what could or possibly should be done, but does not mandate such action.

I'm for a mix of both. I studied geography while at university, and am currently employed in the field. Geography is as big a mix between STEM and HASS as it gets.

I only had to go to the library for STEM stuff, but I'd probably enjoy my days on campus more in that program. A HAAS degree would be more useful, though, because you can't prove anything to that crowd with hardware - they only run on paper, and they REALLY need help.

I'd choose HASS. I'm very good at the arts & crafts that I do.
