No more CB500F - my brother came and took it back yesterday.

Wonder if my bike will be repaired and back before the end of the Summer riding season?? So ridiculous.

Waiting for parts.. mmhmm; I ordered a birthday gift from Austria earlier this week and it arrived to my house here in Canada in 3 DAYS.

Waiting for parts must mean they’re waiting for a manufacturing production run or something.. I really should email/call and find it out wtf is up.

Oh well, at least once I have it back I should only have to have rip-off priced insurance for a month or so before I can get collector plates, which would then let me have year round pleasure use only insurance (can’t ride to work or school) for like $250 Then any nice clear days through the Fall/Winter I could still take ‘er out. 8)

Which one?

The borrowed CB500F? Def not - it’s a Honda.

Or my bike?

Yeah, I guess I didn't catch what you're riding normally. I've given a lot of thought to getting a motorbike but I'm far enough into mountain bikes that my mom might kill me 1st.

Where is the Saab Viggen fairy when you need her?

Mine isn’t a KTM, either.

My twin brother and his gf brought Chinese food over for dinner. I just got home a bit ago and he has the $100 Chevron (94 has no ethanol) gas card I gave her for letting me borrow her bike for a week. Says they talked about it and it can either go to someone who could really use it or I can use it.. because he won the 50/50 draw from the Vancouver Canucks game last week - and even though it was a small prize compared to the record breaking ones over the last week, his take is still $57,800.00.. soooo, they’re not worried about a <$20 tank of gas in her bike atm. Heh
