It is about 01:30 on the east coast of America. We just finished an outdoor barbecue lunch here in the Philippines. The menu included bulalo, steamed rice, BBQ chicken, BBQ pork belly, and home-made pasta salad. A little over a dozen people showed up. All were fed, and all left with full bellies (I am so full, I can hardly walk).
