I don't get vegetarians, veg on its own doesn't make for a satisfying meal. You have to have meat to make dinner substantial.

You can use meat substitutes such as tofu. It absorbs the flavours you add into you're meal and tastes great in my opinion.
But everyone likes different things so im not going to go on like some vegetarians about "how meat eaters are cruel" etc.

I'm almost 100% vegan, but I do occasionally eat wild caught fish, becauseI need more protein since I work out every day. Tofu is often genetically modified, and it does contain some enzyme inhibitors which prevent full absorption of protein, so I use tofu in moderation...

To everybody who is vegan/vegetarian: What is your favourite food and what do you eat lots of?

My favourite food would have to be pizza with loads of veggie toppings!

The jury's still out on that one.

I rarely buy animal products other than fish oil or dairy. But I will eat meat if others buy it for me.

I rarely eat meat. the only meat i usually eat is tuna. I use water instead of milk in my cereal in the morning. Milk and dairy is disgusting. My mom is a raw vegan, though.

I'm a vegetarian, but, since I found out I have a weird calcium disorder, I eat fish (ocasionally) for medical reasons. I don't like eating meat at all and I used to be really rigorous about the origin of the products I consumed. Now, I'm not that worried anymore and I eat a lot of junk food.

Tofu? Yuck, a poor substitute. It tastes nothing like real meat!
