All German people seem to look autistic, some more than others... Natascha in some pictures looks like that.

Folks with Down's syndrome have a VERY distinctive facial look. But not autistic people. Austistics tend to just look just like NTs.
If you don't mean physical features, but "a look that is a byproduct of demeanor" then that's different. If a guy never combs his hari, or always has one shirt tail untucked, or always wears plaid pants with a plaid shirt, because he is too self absorbed, or too socially inept to know better...then...…yes you could say that such a person "looks autistic". Lol! But autistics don't have distinctive facial features.
