Haha, I used to do that. It's hella fun.

Lol, thanks LM. As soon as I posted it I thought, "Poo, someone's gonna post and tell me what comes next". Thanks for not telling me. I quite liked being a butterfly and I hope one day I'll grow up to be a veloceraptor.... smart and with big pointy teeth...

Well, back on topic, yes, I think this is an addiction. But more of an obsession than an addiction. I can pick it up and put it down. But when I've picked it up, I tend to be on it for too long.

Take now, for instance. It's 5am and I have to go out tomorrow.. twice. Yet I'm still on here. I don't want to sleep.. my mind is doing its weird little "lets contemplate on EVERYTHING MWAHAHA" thing it does occasionally. Philosophising on random crap I don't normally think about. Meh. The forum helps. As I can type this random crap that pour out of my head. I tend to be at my best when I'm lacking sleep.

I do tend to get a bit weirder when I'm past about 20hrs without sleep.

What I'm doing now is being here while I'm at work.
I have stuff I should be doing, but what I will wind up doing is to clock out at the correct time and spend a few more hours here finishing up work and whatever else.

... unless I don't ever leave WP, in which case they will find my brain-dead body sitting here at 5a.m. tomorrow morning

Veloceraptor for about a hundred posts from 400-499 then you will be a Phoenix for a long 500 post uphill climb to where you can
re-invent yourself.

I think I'm addicted to some of the poeple here; I probalby spend more time here than I should; but it makes me feel better, and I tend to enjoy it, so... I guess it's time well spent?

Good fortune,

Basically... yes.

Though I have a tendency to be fickle with forums, and just drop them at a moments notice.

I stay here though, even after abandoning it for a while.

There are some here I've grown very fond of... and I can talk with people here and get a modest amount of understanding that I could never find elsewhere.

When I am leaving my university... I have a strong urge to check the site on my laptop right before I head to my car. That's addictive behavior... I think...

I finally found out I have the power to leave it alone any time I want... so I am no longer addicted... Now I just visit when I want to, not out of need, which basically means nothing has changed for me! :P

Whenever I have the time to indulge, it's quite addictive...
