Hmm. It's sometimes fun inflicting or receiving pain but I can't really imagine enjoying the feeling itself.

I did once play a really stupid game with a friend where we shot each other on bare skin with paintball guns then ran around yelling from the sting. I kind of enjoyed it but my parents were not impressed when I came home with the skin on my arms and legs all full of welts and bleeding.

I don't understand physical pain, but I suggest that you seek professional help. Not as an insult, but rather as a way that you can be helped and might be dope slapped into helping yourself. Help yourself. Wiki "self harm" or Google "self harm." Do some research. Help yourself. If you're here, that means there are a lot of resources at your disposal. Figure out what's wrong with you. Google your problem.

I like hitting or touching sore spots too. It does feel good.

I don't have any sensory issues, but I do not "enjoy" physical pain.

It sure can be and I admit to being on the power side of that trip. It's very moderate and I don't lead the life style. Not that I haven't had the chances to go heavy with it.

However, there is a line, where you draw it is..well I know where I draw it. When blood gushes and the scarrs are a thing of beauty and the only way to feel the release of the pain is SI ..... you get the picture, I hope.

Pain can work for you. When practicing free throws if I miss 2 in a row I punch myself. I now very seldom miss 2 free throws in a row. I used to be about a 60% free throw shooter before I started to do that. Now I make over 80% of them (which is very good) and I'm sure it's because I started doing that. The problem is that I have to hit myself harder and harder just to feel it and I might end up damaging myself. Although having a head that is almost impervious to getting punched is probably a good thing if I ever get into a fight.

I do enjoy the pain.
