3 anxiety-inducing ones all in a row this morning, after going to bed early deliberately to give my body/brain time to do more than just rest and minimal REM processing time. Get impression that was as if restored system!!
First one involved travel and secrecy, and ended in a muddle about belongings/baggage in a mini-van parked in road, transfer of money, and hippies. Forgotten most of it.
Second one finished when woke from sleep in the dark, in some sort of big tent-less campsite, huge hangar ?, people in sleeping bags all over floor/ground in the dark, and realised my son must have been on his own all day; very worried called out for him. After had woken numerous irritated sleepers, he answered , with a voice that expressed quite clearly how unnecessary my concern was, that it was pathetic, which woke me up.
Third dream had group of aspies in; we congregated in a room for a meeting, about 6 of us, and to begin with we were sitting at desks arranged like at school in rows, but then we decided to move them so we could look at each other!
Then laying out our stuff we discovered how much our "accessories", bags, files, notepads, mascots etc, expressed our aspieness; for instance woman next to me had a lego object/toy , and i discovered i did too. And then the guy next to me noticed that my folder/file was covered in word puzzles on one side, and with a runic alphabet on the other!
But something went wrong and we had to move; we went somewhere with a huge model castle in the middle, which was in a mess and i reattached a cannon, and a turret somewhere, before we all went back to "my place" ( unrecognisable) where i went into crisis ; couldn't talk properly anymore, and had to lay head on hands and almost drifted off but noticed insect walking across floor with a leaf; so i asked what kind it was, and then noticed hundreds more crawling in the grassy thick carpet, and i freaked out asking for help with situation but noone helped, just watched.
At which point i woke up!!
Horrible.
But gripping!!
