Well, i went to bed very early for a change last night, at 9.45 pm instead of the more usual 11-midnight, or later, of recent weeks and months. It took me at least an hour to drop off but even then was long before the usual time. And this morning i remember three dreams; each of which woke me up because were anxiety inducing or even terrifying!! As if my body leapt on the opportunity given to it to do a lot more than just rest, and do some extra stuff, restoration of system or something!! Anyway am going to carry on doing this. I think the results ( effects on my state of mind etc) might be interesting.
Thanks for everybody's replies; it makes fascinating reading, to realise a bit more what other peoples lives are really like.
