I like to work out. It gets rid of a lot of excess nervous energy and stress. It's good detox as well. If I go, I like going to 24 Hour Fitness so I can go whenever I feel like it. I need to renew my membership though- haven't gone in awhile.

I used to do some weight lifting in high school, now I dont really bother, never have the time.

i work out regularely, mostly weightlifting, but i love varying with bushtrailing with a heavy recon pack. i also bike and jog around.. relieves stress and my girlfriend loves my body. :o
its also part of my job as a soldier, so i cant really quit. :lol:

i can do about 50 pushups, and i take alot of walks but latley i havent been doing it, also if you eat reasonbly healthy it isnt hard to look good

Yeah, Richard... walking is underrated I think. Just gotta do it right, for a good length of time, and mix up the terrain if you can, right?

When I lived in the desert country, I used to love walking in the desert alone.

yeah if you mix it up you get maximum benefit. i have alot of timbers and scary paths i walk on close to where i live
