I'll take it all
I want it to snow more, there was supposed to be a storm yesterday but it barely snowed, at least it did leave some though and it hasnt melted yet.
Im hoping it will be like your pictures by the time the simester is over.

We got socked with it. Three or four inches and I see cars slipping and sliding every which way.
Technically it's not winter yet.... y!! !

I love snow from thanksgiving until about March, I enjoy snowshoeing and hiking in it. Lastyear was a green Christmas this year we will certainly have snow, I live in CNY and right on lake ontario and so the wind prevents snow from piling up here, but in the next town they get slamed.

Snow that is freshly fallin in the woods is beutiful!

It's coming down so think you can't even see the mountain that's right across the valley. It doesn't snow here terribly often, so it was a nice little turn.

Ha. I used to live in Georgia, and everyone was like that; at even the prediction of snow, people would run to the store and buy supplies like they'd be snowed in for weeks. The schools would cancel too, which was always nice (although it didn't happen often).

It snowed yesterday; we've got five inches here. We're supposed to get another couple inches tonight; I really do hope it snows a lot.

As you can see, my avatar is a Northern River Otter alone on the ice. This really is me! I love snow, ice, and more snow. Bring it on. All year I look forward to ice skating on the river near my house, when it is a smooth expanse, and the air is frigid and crisp.

The only bad part is having to listen to people complain for the next six months. I don't want to hear it. Move to Arkansas if you don't like the white stuff.

I love snow, and rain, and storms in general. It seems some of the most memorable events in my life are associated with 'bad' weather. They are not memorable for any fear they could have generated (not even tornados), but instead for the exilleration, serentity or fun they bring. I think I'll start a thread where people can describe some of their memorable weather experiences.

Back when we lived in NY, I used a good snowing as an excuse to wander off for photography's sake.
That was before I scored my XTi Crappy Sony *kicks it*

Nope, keep it in the mountains. I'd like my car insurance premiums to stay where they are.

Yeah, they do that here, too. The shops run out of bread, milk etc; schools shut; trains stop; and the snow ploughs go out to skim the tarmac!

I used to get snowed in a couple of times a year in Scotland, due to drifting rather than the amount that actually fell. If we had a fierce north-easterly the roads would fill with drifts 5 to 12 foot deep but there might only be an inch or so left on the surface of the fields. I really do miss it
