LeKiwi: Just try to imagine it served steamed, hot like a lobster/crab, you break the 40 legs it has, each one more delicious than the last one, I WANT SOME!! !! !
I'd start with ceviche, then serve this as a main dish, eat it with tabasco, salsa guacamaya, some lemon and some tostadas and/or "pico de gallo" .
