No it isn't. the thing they say it is looks NOTHING like that.
It looks JUST like that. Precisely. The twin tips of the tail are simply limp and clumped together.

I'd start with ceviche, then serve this as a main dish, eat it with tabasco, salsa guacamaya, some lemon and some tostadas and/or "pico de gallo" .
