No, not really. That's really rare for Florida to get that cold.

Nice... there has been very little snow this winter, and I live about as north as Alaska :). On Christmas there was no snow, and now it has snowed an inch or so. Can't say I miss it...

I visited southern Florida 4 years ago, and I'm guessing it isn't that rare for the nouthern state to get so cold, since it's a big state with big temperature differences...

True, but it's rare for it to go below freezing and for all the crops, fruits, etc. to die.

Thanks for the gorgeous snow pictures! I recently moved to Florida and I miss the snow! And Yes, it was unusually cold for North Central Florida, last night. It made me sad to see the dead plants and foliage outside. The raccoons were fighting and knocking one another out of the tree, too, last night.

I was hoping it would snow for me, but it hardly ever snows in London.

The Sunday after Thanksgiving was the last time I saw snow.

On Christmas Eve 2004, it snowed in Houston, which is extremely rare.

Now, here in Norway, in less than 24hours.... It has come almost 1 meter with powder snow! And no signs of stopping! Will be fun walking to school on Monday if the streets aren't cleared for snow :?
